I will try to find my original post on the Logitech subreddit about it. It isn't the powerplay module thingy in the mouse as when I got the replacement I used the old Powerplay disc thingy and it worked fine with the new mouse pad. IIRC the issue is that the pad itself is broken and won't actually connect to the mouse to charge it, it still connects wirelessly but won't charge. Advanced low-latency LIGHTSPEED wireless.
